Frying oil with an exclusive and original formula, developed to withstand high temperatures, so as not to alter the taste of food, to keep the nutritional
benefits of their natural substances also after frying process.
An oil nutritionally rich in unsaturated facts, thanks to its content of sunflower oil, high oleic sunflower oil and ricebran oil containing gamma oryzanol, has a slower oxidation process compared to sunflower alone, allowing better cooking uses. The substitution in the diet of saturated fats with unsaturated fats, contributes to the maintenance of normal levels of cholesterol in the blood.

Ingredients: high oleic sunflower oil, sunflower oil, rice bran oil.
Directions for use: fry in abundant oil at a temperature between 170° and 180°.
Do not add salt while frying. Filter the oil before re-use.

I love frying has an optimal resistance when you use in frying, testified by the smoke temperature of about 230 ° C. It maintains its nutritional characteristics after use, thanks to the composition of fatty acids, being mainly composed of oleic acid.
I love frying has also been subjected to a Tasting Test carried out at the sensory analysis laboratory of DeFENS of the University of Milan www.analisisensoriale.unimi.it. The evaluation was attended by 47 habituals who tasted I love frying and at the same time a standard frying product (consisting of a mixture of about 50% conventional sunflower oil and about 50% high oleic sunflower oil, a fairly common formulation in frying oils currently on the market.)
I love frying has obtained the same preference as the reference frying oil, showing that the new formulation enriched with Ricebran oil does not negatively affect the taste perceptions of the product.
