DOP (Designation of Protected Origin) Umbria Colli Assisi Spoleto is the denomination of protected origin extra virgin oil, certified by the controlling authority 3A-PTA(Parco Tecnologico Agroalimento) of Umbria. The oil is extracted from the superior olives grown in the Umbrian hills, through a special technique of crushing and pressing at the company's own olive oil mill. Its flavor is decidedly fruity, robust and fragrant and is the perfect way to enhance rustic Umbrian recipes.

The DOP Valli Trapanesi is the denomination of protected origin extra virgin oil, certified by the Autorità Pubblica di Controllo Camera di Commercio I.A.A.-Trapani. Sicily is a region noted for its ancient olive growing traditions. The best olives of the area, the Nocellare del Belice and Biancolilla, are selected for this oil.
